How do chiropractic adjustments differ for babies?
Infant chiropractic care is gentle, specific, and developmentally appropriate. Babies are not adjusted the same way adults are.
For babies, chiropractic adjustments use:
Extremely light pressure
Gentle fingertip contact
Soft, sustained cues rather than quick thrusts
The amount of pressure used is often compared to:

There is no twisting, cracking, or forceful movement.
What about toddlers and older kids?
These adjustments may include very low level adjustments or the use of an adjustment tool called an activator!
