Tendonitis vs. Shoulder Impingement: What’s the Difference?
Shoulder pain can be frustrating, especially when you don’t know exactly what’s causing it. Two terms you may hear when dealing with shoulder pain are rotator cuff tendonitis (or tendinopathy) and shoulder impingement.

What Is Rotator Cuff Tendonitis?

Why Does the Shoulder Hurt in the First Place?
Your shoulder doesn’t work in isolation.
